Ben Here!

As a breathworker, I meet people in all manner of moments. Moments of transition, yes—but also resistance. Creative blocks. Emotional blocks. Childhood wounds and those so recent they’re still without a first attempt to scab over.

The container I create is held through the breath, the body, and sound. Through movement, meditation, and years of sitting with people in one-on-one sessions and group spaces.

I work with artists on their creative process.
With people integrating plant medicine experiences.
With men’s groups, writers’ circles, and AI-displaced knowledge workers navigating both career and identity collapse in tandem.

What matters isn’t the category. It’s the moment.

In a session, we meet whatever is there. We do it with courage, honesty, and grace.

I’ll probably try to make you laugh.
You may well make me cry.

Whatever comes, we’ll stay with it.

I’m not entirely comfortable with the word “healer.”

But I do trust that there’s something in you that can heal yourself.

My role is to help you access it—to reflect it back to you, and to hold loving space while you do your magic.
